Permit Applications

ORTECH can coordinate and deliver your permit application including process review and confirmation of emission sources; developing emission inventories, conducting dispersion modelling, and addressing forms, fees and transmittals. We specialize in preparing and obtaining Ontario Air Certificates of Approval (based on Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Reports and Acoustic Assessment Reports) as well as addressing Field Orders and Control orders. Emission Inventory and Reporting

ORTECH is a specialist in preparing emission inventories for both permitting and reporting requirements and is familiar with National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI) reporting; Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) national and Ontario Greenhouse Gas O. Reg. 452/09 reporting; Ontario Reg 127/01 Inventory reporting; and the Ontario Sulphur Dioxide/ Nitrogen Oxides O. Reg. 194/05 reporting.
