Ontario Regulation 419/05 Schedule 5 is the implementation of Ontario's most stringent air quality standard

In 2013 Schedule 5 target sectors will be required to meet more stringent Air Quality standards using more
advanced computational methodology. You are NOT required to reapply for your Environmental Compliance Approval (previously Certificate of Approval).

You will need to prepare a new Emissions Summary and Dispersion Modelling (ESDM) report.  The due date for the new report is February 1st, 2013. In addition, the dispersion models used to calculate contaminant concentrations to compare against standards has changed.  As of February 2013, the more complex US EPA models such as AERMOD or SCREEN3 must be used.
